1. About Us

Poppetpod is an online retail store operating at poppetpod.co.uk. By accessing our website and placing an order you agree to the terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with these terms you must not use our website or purchase from us.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order with Poppetpod you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are a resident of the United Kingdom
  • You are purchasing for personal use and not for commercial resale
  • The payment details you provide are valid and belong to you

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where:

  • A pricing error has occurred on our website
  • The item is out of stock
  • We suspect fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken you will receive a full refund within 3–5 working days.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna where available. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment details. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

If payment is declined your order will not be processed. We are not responsible for any bank charges or fees incurred as a result of a declined payment.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 working days to UK addresses. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch please contact us at support@poppetpod.co.uk.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy forms part of these terms. Please refer to our full Return and Refund Policy at poppetpod.co.uk/policies/refund-policy for full details. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

7. Product Use

Poppetpod products are designed for domestic use as baby and toddler sleep aids only. You agree to:

  • Follow all setup and usage instructions provided
  • Place the device on a stable surface away from the sleeping area
  • Not attempt to repair or modify the product yourself
  • Keep the product away from water and extreme heat
  • Use the product only as intended for soothing sound and night light purposes

We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use or failure to follow instructions.

8. Warranty

Our products are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
  • Damage caused by liquid exposure

To make a warranty claim email support@poppetpod.co.uk with your order number and photos of the fault.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on poppetpod.co.uk including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, and graphics is the property of Poppetpod and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poppetpod shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
  • Loss of profit, revenue, or data
  • Any damage caused by reliance on information on our website
  • Any interruption or unavailability of our website

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy at poppetpod.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy. By using our website you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
