Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship to international addresses, BFPO addresses, or PO boxes.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high demand, courier capacity, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of your dispatch confirmation email please contact us at support@poppetpod.co.uk.
Delivery Cost
Delivery is free on all orders to UK addresses. No minimum order value applies.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time. If you have not received your dispatch email within 48 hours of placing your order please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful the courier will leave a card with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your parcel from a local depot. If the parcel is not collected or a redelivery is not arranged within the courier's holding period the parcel may be returned to us. In this case we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatched orders where the failed delivery was due to an incorrect address or failure to collect.
Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives visibly damaged please photograph the damage before opening the packaging and email support@poppetpod.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Missing Orders
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it please:
- Check with neighbours in case it was left with them
- Check any safe locations around your property
- Contact the courier directly using your tracking number
If the issue is not resolved contact us at support@poppetpod.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf. Please allow 3 working days for the investigation before a replacement or refund is issued.
