Our Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Poppetpod orders. If the Poppetpod Dreamer isn't working for your family simply get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll sort everything for you. No awkward questions, no hassle.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition as received, with no additional damage caused by misuse
- Proof of purchase is required — your order confirmation email is sufficient
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Orders where 30 days have passed since delivery
- Items damaged due to improper use or failure to follow setup instructions
How to Start a Return
Email support@poppetpod.co.uk with:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item if damaged or faulty
We will respond within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Returns submitted without prior email approval will not be accepted.
Return Postage
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer in all cases except where the item is confirmed faulty or arrived damaged. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method. We do not issue refunds to alternative payment methods.
If your return is rejected due to the item being outside the return window or arriving in a damaged condition not present at delivery we will notify you by email and return the item to you at your cost.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days of delivery email support@poppetpod.co.uk with photos. We will arrange a free collection and send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Faults reported after 30 days are assessed on a case by case basis. We are not obligated to offer a refund or replacement outside the 30-day return window unless required by UK consumer law.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you believe your item is faulty you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the timeframes above. Contact us at support@poppetpod.co.uk to discuss your options.
